Our Guest Minister for Dec. 21, Dr. Faithe Beam. Dr. Beam serves as Vice President for Student Life and Christian Mission at Campbell University. Dr. Beam’s tenure at Campbell began in the role of Director of Student Services for the Divinity School in 2002. In 2007, she was named Campus Minister and spent many years in that capacity before transitioning to her current role.
She also serves as an adjunct instructor in the Department of Christian Studies teaching Introduction to Christianity.
Before coming to Campbell, Dr. Beam served as Minister of Music and Education at Zion Baptist Church in Shelby, North Carolina.
Dr. Beam holds degrees in Music Education from Appalachian State University, a Master of Divinity from Campbell University Divinity School, and a Doctor of Education from the University of Dayton.
She is married to Tom, Disaster Relief Coordinator for Baptists on Mission of North Carolina. They have one son, Patrick.
