Our Guest Minister for February 4 is Rev. Richard Stone, from Shallotte, NC. Rev. Stone attended UNC Pembroke and Duke Divinity School.He has served churches in Eastern NC for 45 years in the United Methodist tradition. He has served nine churches, concluding as District Superintendent on the Beacon District.
He has been married to his wife, Diane for 54 years. They have two children and six grandchildren.
Since retirement, Rev. Stone enjoys playing golf, woodworking, traveling to watch his grandchildren participate in school activities and dining out with friends.
